A Gin Rickey is a mixture of gin, lime juice and club soda. This Gin Rickey is brought to a new level with the addition of crushed raspberries and rose water.
Raspberry-Rose Gin Rickey
Serves 4
Recipe from Bon Appetit

3 cups fresh raspberries
1 cup good quality gin
Note: Hendrick's gin works really well

1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon (scant) rose water
3 cups crushed ice
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature, occasionally stirring and crushing some of the berries.
Place 3/4 cup ice in each of 4 glasses. Top each with 3/4 cup raspberry mixture.
Enjoy!

Who wouldn't fall in love over a glass of this? Gorgeous!
Beautiful! I could use one or two of them right now, maybe it would make me immune from the germs my kids keep bringing home from school!

A perfect summer cocktail.

Looks like the perfect drink to say goodbye to summer :)
Beautiful summer cocktail, love the color. I hear wonderful things about Hendrick's Gin. I need to purchase a bottle.
This is great for a BBQ party. Thanks for sharing!
This looks really refreshing. I have never used rose water, though I'm seeing it in more recipes recently. Do you get it in the "drinks" section of the store? Maybe near where you'd find grenadine?
Wow...never tried making a drink with rose water before. Looks good.
Can't get over the color..really wonderful!!

What a beautiful cocktail! I just wish I liked gin! It's a long story but just suffice it to say it had something to do with my younger days and too much of a good thing. My husband really likes the Hendricks brand.
So beautiful with raspberries!
I used to LOVE raspberry lime rickeys and this is taking it to a whole new, wonderful level! Definitely trying :)

So beautiful--I love the color. Do you think it would be sacrilege to make it with with vodka rather than gin?
